1.

A deposit is taken in advance to secure your party booking, and is a binding contract between you and your entertainer.

This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after 48 hours

Important Notes:

Your booking is guaranteed as soon as we receive your deposit. However, if we do not receive this within 24 hours*, your booking will be cancelled and a cancellation letter/email will be sent to you.

* Schools, clubs and organisations will be given a discretionary timescale for the return of their deposit.

If, after forwarding your deposit, you wish to cancel the booking, we need to be informed, in writing/email. Please observe our cancellation policy for ALL bookings, as below:

a) Cancellation made within 48 hours, holding deposit will be refunded in full.

b) Cancellation made more than 6 months in advance will lose holding deposit.

This will be taken from the card you authorised when paying the deposit.

c) Cancellation made between 3 - 6 months in advance lose 50% of total booking fee.

This will be taken from the card you authorised when paying the deposit.

d) Cancellation made less than 2 months in advance lose 60% of total booking fee.

This will be taken from the card you authorised when paying the deposit.

e) Cancellation made less than 1 months in advance lose 80% of total booking fee.

This will be taken from the card you authorised when paying the deposit.

f) Cancellation made less than 14 days in advance lose 100% of total booking fee.

This will be taken from the card you authorised when paying the deposit.

Every effort is made to ensure that your entertainer arrives at the given time. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.

It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any changes of venue as soon as possible in writing/email

It is imperative, for the smooth running of your party, that the following rules are observed:

a) A parking space is available at your chosen venue for the entertainer/DJ.

b) The entertainer is supplied with a table and power supply for his/her equipment.

If the venue is not on ground level, or is not easily accessible, please inform the office as soon as your venue is confirmed, failure to do so, may result in your party start time being delayed, or cut short.
